1 Source: QuickBooks Desktop

  • Must be a .QBB (Backup) or .QBW (Working) file. We do not support .QBM (Portable) files.
  • If encrypted, you must provide the Admin password securely in your vault.
  • File size must not exceed 1GB for the standard queue.

2 Target: Xero

  • The Xero organization must be completely empty (no chart of accounts, no historical transactions).
  • Do NOT connect bank feeds until you receive the Handover Complete notification.
  • If using multi-currency, the base currency in Xero must match the QBD source exactly.
